PARALLEL LINES
The project investigates spatial possibilities for redeveloping an abandoned railroad track, exploring the characteristic linearity of the site. It intends to create a specifically linear, spatially coherent, mixed-used neighbourhood that cuts rigorous, but gently through the urban fabric of the existing village; re-establishing some missing spatial and infrastructural links, while maintaining the memory of the former railroad.
