MERRY-GO-ROUND
In one room of the Scheepvaartmuseum in Amsterdam the Dutch National Portrait Gallery presented about seventy painted, drawn and photographed portraits of Amsterdammers, curated by Koos Breukel: a face tot face impression of the versatile character of the city, its inhabitants and its artists.
